Learn key mindfulness skills like deep diaphragmatic breathing and the guided body scan to release anxiety and stress. Add mind-body exercises to your toolkit to relax, focus and move forward with greater ease, clarity and confidence.
WHO IS JEN EARLS?
Jen Earls, M.Ed. is a Career/Life Coach, Group Facilitator, Mindfulness Teacher and Dance Artist. It is Jen’s mission to help people clarify their gifts and vision and move forward with confidence to create the most vibrant careers and lives possible. She is passionate about engaging mind-body practices along with innovative, collaborative growth strategies so we can live, work, and build positive impact in greater harmony with each other and the planet.
