WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS WEBINAR?
Howard Bornstein (Principal @ Innospark Ventures) and Stan Reiss (General Partner @ Matrix Partners) will give their inside view on how founders can effectively communicate technical complexity to VCs and stand out from the competition.

WHO IS HOWARD BORNSTEIN?
Howard Bornstein currently serves as Principal at Innospark Ventures, which invests in the AI-driven economy. Prior to Innospark Ventures, Howard was the Managing Partner of Square Root Capital, an industry-agnostic venture/early growth stage independent sponsor, with a focus on B2B SaaS companies which leverage robotic process automation (RPA).  Howard also founded 2020 On-site, the #1 provider of vision care (eye exams, glasses, contacts) to employees at work.  Before founding 2020 On-site, Howard spent half a decade at Bain Capital between the Venture and Private Equity teams.  Howard began his career at McKinsey & Company in Toronto and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Seattle.

WHO IS STAN REISS?
Stan Reiss currently serves as General Partner at Matrix Partners. Stan is passionate about bringing cutting edge technology to market. Since joining Matrix over a decade ago, he has invested primarily in companies developing technically sophisticated components, systems, and software. Prior to joining Matrix, Stan previously spent time helping technology companies refine their strategies and operations in McKinsey & Company’s electronics practice as well as developing Ethernet chips at National Semiconductor.
