Yes. We offer trial days for prospective members to tour the space, work alongside the community, meet members, and sit in on programming like Community Table, office hours, or a founder event. Trial-day schedules vary, so get in touch with the team to arrange a visit.

Our hybrid plan is built around two days a week, not two fixed days. We’re not tracking which weekdays you badge in on. Use the space when your work calls for it, whether that’s the same two days every week or a pattern that shifts with your schedule.

Yes. Private offices fit teams of 2 to 12. Shared private offices are available 1 to 4 days a week.

Venture Lane has a hybrid private office option built for exactly that. Your team gets one office, reserved for a set day or two each week, so you can gather without paying for space you won’t use full time.

Private-office members receive a dedicated enclosed workspace along with access to Venture Lane’s meeting rooms, amenities, programming, and founder community. Available office sizes, access terms, privacy features, and pricing should be confirmed with the Venture Lane team.

Members have access to meeting rooms, phone booths, kitchen and coffee areas, and external monitors that can be borrowed in the shared workspace. Meeting rooms are booked using included credits, while phone booths are generally available first come, first served. Building access and other inclusions may vary by plan.

Venture Lane is located at 55 Court Street in downtown Boston, near Government Center. The space is convenient to the Green and Orange Lines and is also accessible from South Station and commuter-rail connections, making it practical for founders traveling from the greater Boston area.

Yes. Membership starts with a three-month minimum commitment, and we ask for two months’ written notice before ending membership.

Yes! Membership can begin mid-month, with the first month prorated from the agreed start date.

Yes, it is possible to book a Venture Lane meeting room or event space if you are not a member. There four meeting rooms that accommodate groups of 5 to 14, and a Community Area that opens up for gatherings of 15 to 100. Every room comes with direct fiber Wi-Fi and ethernet, mobile whiteboards and meeting technology.
