WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS SESSION?
One of the greatest pains for startups in the current climate is having a warm enterprise prospect pushing off a nearly closed deal or a newly signed customer delaying implementation. Kyle Costello and Iain Kennedy will give an inside view on how startups can maintain momentum and get to the finish line as efficiently as possible when the enterprise hits the pause button.
WHO IS KYLE COSTELLO?
As Vice President of Emerging Technologies at Radius Bank, Kyle is responsible for managing the Bank’s rapidly growing technology stack for its Direct and Strategic Partnership divisions. Prior to Radius, Kyle served as Vice President of Marketing, Digital and Direct Response at Eastern Bank and oversaw all public-facing digital properties to engage audiences, drive customer growth, and improve retention. Previously, Kyle held positions in marketing and acquisition at Eastern Labs, online pharmacy startup PillPack, and the neobank PerkStreet Financial.
WHO IS IAIN KENNEDY?
Iain is an innovative FinTech and digital solutions leader with deep product ownership, program management, and delivery experience. Iain is currently COO at Harvest Savings & Wealth Technologies and previously held product leadership roles at Trizic, mFoundry, Phoenix American, and Citigroup. At mFoundry, Iain oversaw the delivery of the Starbucks Mobile Payment app.
