LAB: Customer Onboarding

For customer success leads looking to retool onboarding, Customer Onboarding Lab is coming up Thu, 5/13.

WHAT ARE VENTURE LANE GTM LABS?
Weekly triage sessions around key go-to-market topics like demand gen and funnel velocity. Participating companies book a 30 min slot with the Mentor Committee (3 highly experienced operators for that given topic) to help triage underperforming metrics and get highly tactical feedback.

WHAT’S THE PURPOSE OF THE CUSTOMER ONBOARDING LAB?
To help customer success leads retool their customer onboarding strategies for greater speed and product adoption.

WHAT’S THE FORMAT?
30 min open discussion with the Mentor Committee over Zoom. Startups answer a few prompt questions ahead of time for Mentors to review prior to the Lab.
