Douglas currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Cogito, when he has led the charge on growing revenue 150% YOY since commercialization of Cogito’s contact center AI in 2015. He previously founded and ran Pega Cloud a $133MM ARR PaaS business – which launched during the 2008 Recession.
