WHO IS DOUGLAS KIM?
Douglas Kim is an executive operator, co-founder and advisor to entrepreneurs and investors with 25 years of commercializing new solutions. Douglas is focused on “Crossing the Chasm” from early adopter to majority phase for enterprise SaaS solutions across the continuum of $1MM – $500MM ARR with capital efficiency. Douglas currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Cogito, when he has led the charge on growing revenue 150% YOY since commercialization of Cogito’s contact center AI in 2015. He previously founded and ran Pega Cloud a $133MM ARR PaaS business – which launched during the 2008 Recession.
