WHAT ARE VENTURE LANE GTM LABS?
Weekly triage sessions around key go-to-market topics like demand gen and funnel velocity. Participating companies book a 30 min slot with the Mentor Committee (3 highly experienced operators for that given topic) to help triage underperforming metrics and get highly tactical feedback.
WHAT’S THE PURPOSE OF THE OUTBOUND SALES LAB?
To help B2B startups attract and convert more top-of-funnel leads through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other tried & true outbound channels.
